MOONBI

The Moonbi complex, situated in the foothills of the Moonbi Ranges, outside Tamworth Australia's country music capital, has one of the most tranquil surroundings of any studio in Australia.

This studio was installed by 'The Butlers' as their first home-studio and was largely responsible for establishing the LBS Music label and artists of today. 
 
It still has a place in the heart of many Australian Country Music Supporters who make the annual trip to the  'LBS Studio Open Day' held in the front yard, on the first Sunday of the Tamworth Country Music Festival.  Over 25 recording stars perform to the large enthusiastic crowd.

The Moonbi Studio is rarely used for recording today, but is considered to be an integral part of the LBS Music Group as it's where it all began.  On occasions, equipment is transported from the Tamworth Studio to capture the relaxed feel of this retreat.
